Bread Processing Machine
Bread is a staple food consists of flour and yeasts. Some breads also consists of salts and seeds. The process involves in preparing bread are baking, steaming and drying. Yeast is normally used as a leavening agent. Breads come in different varieties and differ from region to region. Based on the raw materials and the process, the popular types of breads used are : white bread, brown bread, whole meal bread, white germ bread etc. Bread is prepared by using different types of processes and processing machines.

Process
The first step in preparing bread is to prepare dough out of flour by kneading. The dough is prepared normally by kneading machine. Once the dough is prepared, preparation is made for its baking. However before or during baking the dough or the bread has to go to the process of leavening. In leavening process, gas is added to the dough to produce a lighter, more easily chewed bread. Normally breads are leavened by adding yeast. Some other methods of bread leavening are steam leavening, chemical leavening and bacterial leavening.

The bread baking chamber is an integral part of bread making machine. There is an inbuilt heating system in the machine which bakes the bread in an uniform manner. Some machines are fixed with automatic pause system which allows the user to stop the function temporarily. The baked breads are taken out from the separate chamber.
