Cleaner is a machine which is
designed for the finer cleaning of grains by removing dirts and other
impurities. The machine with its effective aspirator blow away all the
impurities and gives the grain fresh and clean look which are further
processed in other machines before they are consumed. Normally the
machines are of stainless steel or other hard metals which consists of
various equipments like feeding valve or hopper, screens, cleaning
chamber, suction system, etc.
How does a Cleaner Works?
The feeder roller feeds the grains inside the chamber from where they
are transferred to the screen. The suction system lifts the light
impurities from the materials. The impurities that have been extracted
are deposited in separate chamber. The materials are cleaned by the
screen through rubber ball system which keeps the perforation of the
screen open. The cleaned products are collected in the separate
collecting chamber. In the air screening system, the light weight
impurities are separated by air and transferred to the expansion
chamber. The products so separated are discharged by screw conveyor.
