Corn flakes are delicious food
made up of corns. They are prepared by mixing sugar and vitamins thereby

Process
The corns are milled to produce flaking sized grits. The malted barley
is added to enhance the taste of the corn flakes. The grits are softened
by heating them in a pressure cooker. The grits are
transported to the large driers through pipes. The
moisture contents of the grits are removed by drier. The milling of grit
is done through two heavy rollers. One roller moves faster than the
other. The pressure applied by the rollers elongates the flakes. The
flakes are then toasted in big cylindrical oven. The
air of the oven is heated by a gas flames. The cylindrical oven is
tilted to a certain angle so that the flakes whirl around. After the
toasting is over the flakes are spread with vitamins and minerals to
make them as nutritious as possible. The packaging of corn flakes is
done through vacuum packaging machine.
