Domestication of animals and
their utilization for food purposes is a century old practice. Dairy is
a place where animal's milk especially cow, buffalo, sheep or goat is
extracted and processed for human consumption. Milk is produced in dairy
farms whereas dairy products are processed and produced in dairy
industries. After processing milk is converted into different items like
cheese, butter, cream, yogurt, milk powder, casein, whey and skim milk.
The milk is processed industrially using big plant machineries while
small machines are used for domestic consumption. On the basis of the
