Fish forms the dietary staple of
the people in different parts of the world. There are different types of
fishes that are available across the world. On the basis of origin, they
are categorized as fresh water fish, inland water fish, sea fish etc. As
per report, millions of tonnes of fish are extracted daily from rivers,
seas, ponds etc. Fishes after extraction are processed for the final
consumption. Since fishes are available in different sizes and are of
different nature there is no single processing machine for processing
machine. The processing of fish involves scaling, skinning, deboning,
grading, etc. The machines involved in the processing of fishes are :
