French Fries Processing Machine
French fries are long narrow
pieces of potatoes that have been deep fried. French fries are either
simply salted or are added with seasoned ingredients to increase the
taste. They come in various forms like thick cut, curly, waffle cut etc.
After frying is completed, they are served with various condiments like
tomato sauce, vinegar, tartar sauce, fry sauce etc.
French fries are prepared both manually and through machines. Manual preparation for small scale domestic production involves slicing, drying and frying of the chips. However, when large quantities of chips are to be produced they are prepared by using machines like vendor machines and french fryer. The salt and other spices are added immediately after the frying is completed inside the machine. All odor and smoke is filtered by the filter machine. There is a fry container which is pushed out of the machine immediately after the frying process is completed. Fryer Large volume of french fries can be fried using french fryer. There is a mechanism of equal side-to-side oil flow for uniform cooking. There are multiple oil inlets and outlets which helps in the adjustment of oil velocity, volume and temperature. The oil continuously circulate between the fryer, filter and heat exchanger thereby helping in the control of temperature. The filter in the system led to the passing of the system oil volume every minute thereby giving the best quality product. Oil level control is automatic. |
