Grading is an important fruit
processing machine that separates damaged fruits from fresh fruits for

- Through elevator feeder, fruits are feeded in the inspection
mechanism. The damaged fruits are sorted out here.
- Adjustable gate regulates the feeding.
- The grading system is operated by electric motor, belts and
pulleys.
- Through grading mechanism fruits can be graded into different
numbers. The grading numbers varies from grader to grader.
- Flap adjusting is provided in the grading mechanism.
