Juice is vital to health. It is
produced both in household through small juicer and industrially using
big plant machinery. To produce juice commercially, it is first
extracted and then packed. Each stage of production of juice requires
care, techniques and attention so that the nutritional value of juice is
not lost. After extraction the important step is its packaging which is
done by following types of machines :
- Thin Juice Filler Machine
Thin juice filler are versatile and easy to operate machine normally
having piston filler, nozzles, stainless steel base etc. The machine
with its piston filler draws juices directly from a tank or drum
thereby eliminating the need for a hopper. The filling nozzle fills
empty container in a controlled fashion.
- Automatic Level Filling Machine
These types of machines are specialized in filling semi viscous
liquid. The filling machines are designed to handle all types of
rigid plastic, metal, and glass containers. The machine consists of
stainless steel frame, stainless steel cover for overflow tank,
frequency control drive for pump speed, front panel conveyor speed
control etc.
- Sealing
Sealing is an important step of juice processing which is done in a
very hygienic condition using machines like induction sealer. The
sealer is a compact machine suitable for all types of bottles like
glass or plastics with different cap sizes. Bottles are placed on
the conveyor which move towards the sealing head which with a push
of a button seal the cap of the bottle.
