Grinding & Slicing Machine
Vegetable Slicer or grinder is a
machine which is especially designed to cut all kinds of food into
slices of different thickness, precisely and quickly. The operation of
machine is simple, safe and is utilized for cutting both soft and hard
vegetable stuffs like tomatoes, cheese, cabbage, radish, potatoes etc.
In some of the slicer no external pressure is applied for slicing as
slicing operation in them are gravitational. The surfaces of the
machines are made up of stainless steel. Machines have anodized covering
with aluminum casting whereas, knife, tray, plate, etc are made up of
stainless steel. There is a knife sharpener which sharpens the knife.
The knife blade is covered with special purpose safety cover which makes
it impossible to get hurt during cleaning operations. The knife and the
hopper tray are powered with two or three motors. Vegetables are feeded
in a feed hopper which are carried to slice blade. The vegetable cutter
cuts the vegetables into slices of desired thickness. The pushing lever
discs is set up on the table which helps in the food cutting without any
waste.
