Lollipop is a sweet confectionery
consisting of hardened sucrose and is available in different flavors.
They are mounted on stick and is very popular among children. Lollipop
comes in different shapes, colors and tastes.
Toffees are those confections that are made out of processing molasses,
sugar along with butter, milk etc and are added with different flavors
for enriching its taste.
The machines used for making toffees and lollipop are :
- Batch Cooker
For preparing toffee and lollipop all materials are cooked in upper
pan and then transferred to the lower pan for vacuum and removing
the moisture from the batch.
- Cooling Plate
In cooling plate, lollipop and toffee batch are mixed and cooled
manually. The circulation of water is continuous inside the plate
which make the cooling easier and faster.
- Batch Former
Batch former not only form conical shape of kneaded mixed batch but
also feed the mixture further into rope sizer. The batch is kept
warm by the heaters. It is fitted with stainless steel rollers.
Rollers can be easily taken out for the cleaning operations.
- Rope Sizers
The rope sizers take up rope from the batch rollers and delivers to
the rope sizers of lollipop or toffee machine.
- Cooling Conveyor
Cooling conveyor cools the candies, toffees and lollipops in
accurate shapes.
Wrapping Machine
Wrapping machine is automatic which is suitable for twist wrapping of
ball-Pop and toffees. The machine cuts the paper in the required sizes
and wrapped the toffees and lollipops individually.
