When it comes to tough meat like
pork, beef or deer the meat tenderizer is the best machine. It is useful
both for domestic purpose and commercial purpose. Big eating joints use
this machine for tenderizing the meat which is further used to prepare
various fast food items. Based on the mode of operation, the meat
tenderizer comes in two varieties :
- Electrically Operated
It has the opened top where the meat is fed. The machine is run by
motor. There are revolving rollers in the machine which contains
many small blades. The blades on the roller tenderize the meat. If
in one go meat is not tenderized, the meat is inserted again in the
machine. Whole system is automatic and if the shield or cover is
raised the safety device stops the machine.
- Hand Operated
The hand operated tenderizer functions just like an electric
tenderizer. It is a hand operated machine and is normally made up of
stainless steel. The tenderizer or meat cuber is fitted with rollers
which too have cutting blades usually of stainless steel. Both
electric and hand operated meat tenderizer can be easily dissembled
for cleaning.
