A potato peeler is a small food
processing machine which is used for peeling potatoes. There is a metal
blade which is attached to a metal, plastic or wooden handle that is
used for peeling vegetables, especially potatoes. The peeled potatoes
are further processed to produce value added products like wafers, chips
etc.
