The rice polishing machine is
used for improving the attractive shiny appearance of milled rice. There
are two types of rice polishing-dry rice polishing and wet rice
polishing. Rice polishing machine is available in different capacities
and configurations which depends on required polishing degree, rice
variety and quality of products.

Mechanical Operations
For polishing, the machine has different iron or emery rollers. Apart
from this there is rotating screen cylinder and plate with holes. Rice
bran separator is located at the bottom which sucks the rice bran and
gives the rice a cooling effect. For balancing the pressure and to
minimize rice breaking there is rice discharge port at the end axis. The
suction and the spraying device makes stock floating during the process
of polishing. The polished rice not only looks attractive but also has a
great commercial value and is easy to store.
